Carbon packing is a packing made of acrylic fiber pre-oxidized and woven. The surface is made of PTFE emulsion containing graphite particles and lubrication treatment. Compared with traditional carbon fiber packing, it has no brittleness and has excellent thermal conductivity, wear resistance and chemical stability. This packing will not grind the shaft and can be used for a long time. Moreover, it is relatively cheap among non-asbestos products and is an ideal asbestos substitute. It can seal water, brine, factory waste salt treatment, mineral oil, etc., and is also suitable for weak acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other media. The application field is quite wide, often used in centrifugal pumps, mixers, shaft tubes and other equipment.
Used in mechanical vacuum pumps, it can withstand solvents such as boric acid, dichloromethane, acetone, glacial acetic acid, dimethyl ester, etc.
